Purchased a couple of weeks ago and as I was getting ready to use it, I realized I purchased the wrong clip. My phone is an IPhone 13 Pro and I purchased the clip for the IPhone 12Pro Max by mistake. Sent an email to Inito and they reached out to me right away. They let me know replacement clip is $19.99; however, they were going to send me a new one free of charge. I received a confirmation email a few hours later indicating my new clip is on the way. I would have paid for the replacement clip since it was my mistake, but I am happy that they were so understanding and responded to me almost immediately.I have tried different brands and this is literally my favorite. It has helped me keep track of my cycle since it is so irregular. Must have if you are trying to conceive it gives you a better idea of what is going on in your reproductive system. Just to give you all a heads up the test are expensive $45 for a box of 15 but so worth it. And if you run into any issue Customer Service answers very quickly.This product is worth every penny!! I was using only LH strips to track my ovulation and we would “baby make” on each peak day and did not get pregnant. After receiving this device and trying it since it says it tests for estrogen and progesterone to CONFIRM ovulation - we got pregnant the first month trying! Apparently I was peaking a day before what the LH strips did not pick up and this device did because it saw my estrogen rise and my LH START to rise and said that was my peak. Where if I only used strips it would always be a day late. Definitely worth trying for anyone in similar situations! LOVE IT!Inito was the only product that allowed me to really understand my hormone levels. I was able to get pregnant the first month using it. Inito was the only fertility testing device that gave me some inkling after finding out I was pregnant that something wasn’t right with my hormone levels and it turned out I was having an ectopic. Thank you Inito for finally giving me the answers I need to know and I will continue to use it to have my rainbow baby!My husband and I had be trying to conceive for 5 months prior to purchasing Inito. The first month of tracking with Inito showed us that we had been timing intercourse wrong the entire time (we were even using drugstore ovulation sticks)!! I got pregnant the second month of using Inito and am almost through my 1st trimester now ? We are so grateful for this tracker and it is 100% worth the investment. The app helps you to see if there are any hormones that aren’t regular and, thus, keeping you from conceiving. You could bring this to your doctor like, “HEY! Why is my estrogen so high throughout my whole cycle?!” or “Why isn’t my progesterone staying elevated through my luteal phase?!” And they can help treat it!!! If you’re on the fence, BUY IT.I am one of those people for whom the typical OPKs don’t work - I never get a positive and my doctor suspected it’s because my LH never gets high enough to trigger a positive on the OPKs which set their thresholds based on the “typical” woman’s LH levels. Sure enough, inito was the first to successfully predict my fertile window and while it’s very early I’m pregnant! Letrozole and trigger shots previously failed and we were looking at starting IVF soon. It’s worth a try if you have similar issues with OPKs.I have used Inito for one cycle and so far am very impressed!My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage about a month ago. I have been tracking BBT for a while to confirm ovulation, but had some concerns about possible low progesterone that my doctor kind of dismissed. I decided I wanted to have the capability to check my own progesterone rather than relying on blood tests at the doctor's office. My cycle has also been a little abnormal following the miscarriage. Inito successfully alerted me to my fertile days which I honestly might have missed otherwise. Inito also confirmed ovulation and a progesterone rise. So far it looks like my progesterone levels have been normal which is a huge sigh of relief.Inito is so easy to use. It's not cheap, but to me, the information it provides is well worth the money spent. I do wish the strips would register progesterone over 20 so that I could continue monitoring the rise in early pregnancy (from what I've read, 20 is the limit) however I understand that tracking a pregnancy isn't the point of this monitor. It would be cool if they made strips that could track your HCG and progesterone rise in early pregnancy for those of us like me who could use a little reassurance that things are progressing normally. I highly recommend Inito!This is the first time using this monitor. I followed the instructions, registered the app and inserted the test. The green light kept blinking but no results appeared. Nowhere on their FAQ’s does it say what to do if that happens and their office is closed.I called back later and someone answered right away and helped me troubleshoot. She was helpful and it started working. At one point we got disconnected, but she called me back.I gave it 4 stars because they need to have better instructions and address some of the issues on their FAQ’s. For me, it would not move to step 5 and no timer popped up. Nowhere in the instructions does it mention a timer or what is supposed to happen once a test is inserted.
